MEDICAL TRIPPER
Operates on Thursday and Friday—medical trips between Galt and medical facilities in Sacramento and Elk Grove are provided for seniors and persons with disabilities. A 24-hour advance reservation is required and the fare is $2.50 each way.
Transit services in the City of Galt, south Sacramento County, and the Delta are provided through a cooperative agreement between the City of Galt and Sacramento County and is called South County Transit (SCT). Sacramento County is the lead agency for the transit services and administers a contract for the services with the current provider, Storer Transit Systems.
