This form is for businesses located in the City of Galt only. All businesses are required by State law AB341 to separate recyclables from their garbage for recycling. This compliance form must be filled out and approved to receive a physical space waiver or an alternative service verification.

 Approved physical space waivers or alternative service verifications will be subject to an on-site inspection. Approved physical space waivers and alternative service verifications may be revoked at any time. Revocation may be due to:

    *An inspection that demonstrates the business site has space for a recycling container.

   *An inspection that demonstrates alternative service requirements are not being met and/or there is no supporting documentation.

   *An inspection that demonstrates the business site misrepresented information in the form.

   *Changes to local or state regulations regarding recycling.
