Fairway Oaks Project

Fairway Oaks is a 48.4-acre low-density residential development that includes the construction of 162 single-family residences and the establishment of an 11-acre open space area, including a 10.09-acre open space parcel and a 1.91-acre stormwater quality basin. The residential lots would range from 5,500 square feet (sf) to 14,255 sf. Lots adjacent to Creekside are approximately 9,000 sf to be consistent with the Creekside home lots. The lots adjacent to the homes along Glendale Ave. are approximately 6,700 sf for compatibility. The 5,500 sf lots are located in the interior of the subdivision. Dry Creek and the surrounding vegetation would be preserved within the open space area. The open space area would include a passive park, bike trail, and an oak grove preserve, which would remain as a conservation area. Architectural plans have not been submitted at this time; however, Planning Commission Design Review will be required before development.
