TRAFFIC ENFORCEMENT PROGRAM

With the increase in population throughout the City of Galt comes an increase in motor vehicle traffic in and through our community. The Galt Police Department recognizes the importance of traffic enforcement as a means of protecting all who live in, or pass through, Galt. We can employ a radar speed sign, traffic enforcement patrols, and communicate with other city and state agencies when needed. We will contact you, if you wish, to discuss your concerns and the ways to address them.

You may also text your request from your smart phone or device to GPDTraffic@Galtpd.com. Your request will be automatically sent directly to the Traffic Sergeant for review and assignment to a Traffic Officer.
