The Field Operations Division (Patrol), currently lead by Lieutenant John Rocha, provides uniformed patrol, traffic enforcement programs as well as crime prevention and analysis. These services include a wide variety of functions including responding to life threatening and in progress criminal activity, addressing quality of life issues in neighborhoods, performing peacekeeping activities such as mediating disputes, and acting as a problem solving resource. Operations is also responsible for traffic safety and enforcement. Officers are responsible for both proactive and reactive public safety activities within their areas.

Additionally, the division supports our Reserve Officer Program comprised of citizens who have law enforcement training and volunteer their time to the community.
