Camp SOAR Registration Form
2025 Camp SOAR Registration Form - Must be filled out each year to participate.
Registration for the 8 week program begins May 1, 2025. Registration is first come, first served. YOU MUST COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION FORM PRIOR TO YOUR CHILD ATTENDING THE PROGRAM.
- Participants will meet in room 16 on the Fairsite Campus, 902 Caroline Ave.
- This year, participants will be visiting Veterans Soccer Field, the Sports Complex, the Library and the P&R classrooms throughout the summer.
- The afternoon groups will be visiting the Gora Aquatic Center daily for approximately 2 hours.
- The School District is planning to provide breakfast and lunch June 9 - July 24. Participants will need to bring their own snacks and drinks, if they do not like the meals or if they wish to have additional food/drinks. We will provide one bottled water per day.
- P&R will not provide sunscreen. Please put on your child before dropping off at the program.
- Do not send your child if they have a cough or fever.
Weekly fee has different options for you to choose from depending on the days and times you wish for your child to attend:
Full Days 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.:
$165 Monday-Friday
$120 Monday-Wednesday-Friday
$85 Tuesday/Thursday
$45 Daily
Half Days 7:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. OR 1:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.:
$105 Monday-Friday
$75 Monday-Wednesday-Friday
$50 Tuesday/Thursday
