Direct Utility Payment Program 

Payments can be set-up for automatic debit from your checking account. Mail or drop-off a completed Direct Payment Application, with a voided check from your checking account (copies of checks cannot be accepted). You will choose how you would like to make your payment.  

1. Monthly - Your checking account will be debited 1/2 of your total bill each month, or 
2. Bi-Monthly - The full amount of your bill will be debited from your checking account on payment due date.
