This page provides quick access to project applications, checklists, and instructions required for a variety of entitlement requests.
Always speak to a Planner prior to submitting an application to ensure the correct forms are used and the most up to date fees are provided to the applicant. Call 209-366-7230 to speak to a Planner between 7:30am and 5:30pm, Monday through Thursday, or email a Planner.
The Planning Division hosts Planning Advisory Committee (PAC) meetings upon request. PAC meetings provide an opportunity for Planning, Building, and Public Works department staff to meet with potential applicants to discuss the proposed project in detail. Representatives from Cosumnes Fire Department and other City departments (Economic Development, Parks & Recreation, and Police) will be included as needed. Please refer to the PAC Meeting Information instructions listed below for meeting material requirements.
