The iWorQ application portal process is as follows:
- Create an account and verify email address (bottom of portal page).
- Submit a general project application, indemnification agreement, and owner authorization. All three forms are required for all applications regardless of the entitlement requested (top of portal page).
- Upload required documents (plans, maps, preliminary title report, architecture, etc.)
- Planning Division staff will review the submittal to request additional information or verify completeness. An invoice for application fees will be sent to the applicant. Payment can be made online via PayRoc, or by mailing or dropping off a check in person. Over the phone payments are not available.
