The City of Galt is accepting applications for organizations that wish to sell fireworks on City property. The application is available in the City Clerk’s Office, 380 Civic Drive or on the City’s website, www.cityofgalt.org. All applications and required attachments must be completed and received by the City Clerk’s Office no later than 5:00 pm, May 21, 2026.

Applicants must be a community-based resident 501(c) (3), (4), (6), or (7) non-profit organization promoting and providing services to residents and/or businesses.

The lottery will be held the first Monday of June in the City Clerk’s office and will determine the rank order for placement at the bottom of the master list for those eligible nonprofit organizations not already included on the master list.
