Planning Commission Public Hearing – Community Input Requested
The City of Galt Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the proposed Galt Ranch Commercial Development, a large-scale project that would shape future commercial development along the Highway 99 corridor.

The Planning Commission will consider approvals related to the Galt Ranch commercial development, including:

Environmental document

Tentative Parcel Map

Master Site Plan

Master Sign Plan

Design Guidelines
The following permits are also proposed for consideration:

Conditional Use Permits for five (5) fast-food/fast-casual restaurants with drive-thrus

Minor Use Permit for one car wash

Conditional Use Permits for three (3) freeway-oriented signs, including:
– A multi-tenant freeway sign
– A single-tenant sign for a proposed In-N-Out Burger restaurant
– A single-tenant sign for a Maverik gas station and convenience store

Conditional Use Permit for a Maverik convenience store
Public participation is strongly encouraged. This hearing is an important opportunity for community members, business owners, and stakeholders to share their perspectives and provide input on the proposed project. Comments are welcome, whether in support of, opposed to, or seeking clarification on the proposal.
